The Managing Director of System People; Rebecca Bird is a CIPD qualified HR Consultant who also manages our HR Consultancy business where local clients use our services to outsource their HR. Lyndsey Sisson, our Commercial Director is an Associate Member of the CIPD and has an HRM Degree. With our senior staff heading up our recruitment division, we are well placed to manage recruitment campaigns in the area of HR.
