System People are committed to sharing unbiased information on apprenticeships, our Early Years and Teaching Assistant training, potential pathways as well as careers opportunities, so you feel equipped to make informed choices about which provider and programme is right for you and plan your next steps or progression at any stage.

We know that making decisions about your next steps can feel like a big moment. That’s why it’s important to have clear information and guidance to help you explore your options and feel confident about the choices you make.
Across our website, you’ll find everything you need to know about apprenticeships and career pathways, more about System People and our programmes, how to apply, and what to expect throughout the process.
Leaving school or full-time education to start work or begin your next stage of training is an exciting time. You’ll be developing new skills, meeting new people, and gaining valuable experiences. We’ve also included some useful sites and tools below to help you along the way.
Applying for an apprenticeship or training with us
- You can find information on our website about how to apply, programme content and delivery, qualifications required and next steps, including progression, as we offer apprenticeships from L2 to L5 or will refer you to other qualifications and training available.
- During your application for an apprenticeship our recruitment team are available to answer any questions and plan with you, we also arrange a teams’ call with one of our tutors so they can tell you more about our different apprenticeships, we also find out what you are looking to achieve, so we can support you with making choices and to find a suitable apprenticeship.
- Our education team attend school careers events, careers fairs, networking events, share information with Careers Leads and partners and are also available to arrange a call, visit or email in person at any time.

During your apprenticeship or training with us
- You will have regular reviews planned with your tutor throughout the apprenticeship so your progress can be supported, including sharing information about next step options, signposting you to careers information or arranging for the recruitment team to share more information to support, as needed.
- Practitioners, Careers Lead, Education Supply Team and other professionals attend your tutor sessions to share information about pathways available.
- Careers Information is also available to you on your online learning platform (Ollie) as well as access to Essential Skills activities to support with personal development, such as interview skills, digital skills and preparing a CV.
