Customer Service – Level 2

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will become highly skilled in dealing with customers, and resolving any issues they might have in a positive, reliable, and pleasant way via the phone, face-to-face or email.

When completing your course, you will earn an apprenticeship wage of £4.30 an hour and work for a minimum of 30 hours a week.

During this course, you will develop strong communication, organisation interpersonal skills and have the know-how to apply these in a professional environment, allowing you to pursue the following roles upon completion: Customer Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Relations Assistant, Customer Service Associate, Head of Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing Assistant.
