Our Apprenticeship Programmes
We offer two key apprenticeship standards to support the operational and leadership development of your staff.
Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor
Ideal for: Staff with some supervisory duties or aspiring to lead a team
Duration: Typically 15–18 months
Entry requirements: GCSE Grade 4/C in English and maths (or Functional Skills can be completed during the programme)
This apprenticeship is designed for aspiring managers and team leaders who support people and projects in a school or nursery environment. It covers a broad range of management skills to improve productivity, communication, and staff performance.
Key topics include:
- Leading and motivating a team
- Project management and resource planning
- Problem solving and decision making
- Performance management and feedback
- Effective communication and collaboration
- Time management and prioritisation
Outcome: Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor qualification
