TEMPORARY LECTURERS AND TUTORS

If you’re looking for high quality, experienced and reliable Lecturers and Tutors, we are the people to call. At short notice, we can provide subject specific lecturers and tutors if you have unexpected short or long term absences.  Our temporary lecturers include Functional Skills, Construction, Health and Social Care and Childcare to name a few. You can rest assured that all of our temporary lecturers and tutors have completed an in-depth registration which includes a DBS check, references, qualification checks and other safeguarding checks required. Hourly charge rates range from £15 to £30 per hour depending on the experience of the lecturer and the duration of the role.

TEMPORARY OFFICE SUPPORT

Working in education is somewhat different from your typical administration roles.  With this in mind, we focus on sourcing candidates with previous school or college experience, who can hit the ground running.  These candidates undergo the same rigorous checks (including DBS) as our lecturing staff and can be booked the same way as a temporary lecturer.  If you prefer to interview a temporary office worker prior to them starting with you, we can arrange this at your convenience.  Hourly charge rates for general administration staff are £14.99 per hour.

PERMANENT RECRUITMENT

Many colleges recruit directly for permanent posts but, due to skills shortages in our area, this is becoming increasingly difficult.  If you want to extend your search beyond the usual methods, we can offer our extensive network, social media presence and proactive advertising in return for a permanent placement fee, which you only pay if you successfully appoint.
