Our HR Consultancy Products

We become your HR Department and take care of all your HR support requirements. Prices start from £99 per month. From essential day to day administration such as starters, leavers, and contracts of employment, through to policies and employment issues such as disciplinaries and redundancies and everything in between Offer letters and contracts for all new staff Letters for staff informing them of any changes in terms and conditions On-site HR support when you need it for all HR issues including disciplinary hearings, grievance hearings, sickness absence review meetings and performance management meetings On-site HR support for restructuring activity and/or redundancy consultation HR Support for any long term sickness absence cases including attendance at meetings, advice on return to work plans, reasonable adjustments for employees and we also act as the liaison between yourself and an Occupational Health Provider (if required). We conduct a HR audit and health check and provide you with a full report of our findings and an action plan to ensure that identified improvements are met. £250 (plus VAT). + We do what it says on the tin, we give your HR needs a boost to ensure that you are legally compliant with all employment legislation and have all the correct documentation, policies and procedures in place.  Our HR Boost package includes the following:-

  • We come to your place of work and conduct our audit (1/2 day)
  • We provide you with a full report of our findings
  • We provide you with an action plan to address our findings
  • We provide you with a “suite” of documents that are identified as a requirement from the audit

A cost effective HR Helpline service.  £250 (plus VAT) per annum + You pay an annual subscription and receive the following:-

  • Unlimited access to a HR Helpline
  • Employment & HR advice from experienced professionals
  • Up to date template documentation including contracts, policies and template letters
  • On site ad hoc HR consultancy support at reduced rates
