HR Guru launches HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship!

It is exciting times here at System People as  today brings the launch of our latest Apprenticeship course; HR Support Level 3. Rebecca Bird, Managing Director will deliver this popular and exciting new course.

Level 3 HR Support

Despite some initial setbacks following the Covid-19 outbreak, System People have everything in place to  launch this course as planned this coming September. The team behind this believe that this announcement will be warmly received in the market place. This is much anticipated and is naturally exciting for the HR community as many employees wish to continue with their professional development with out having to travel out of the area.

Open for Business

Applications open today (15th April) for those HR professionals looking to gain a qualification to support their HR experience. This apprenticeship training is suitable for employees of any age, working within an HR function where they deliver front line support to managers and other employees.

This fantastic apprenticeship enables learners to develop their skills in managing day-to-day general HR queries in addition to managing HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations and performance and reward management. The focus of this course is to develop the skills and behaviours to allow learners to confidentially work across all disciplines in HR.

Why the HR Apprenticeship?

When asked why the directors of the business decided to add the HR Level 3 apprenticeship to the company portfolio of courses Rebecca replied; “It was always a natural step for us to expand into this field. It allows us to offer our clients another HR solution. We already offer HR Consultancy and HR recruitment to our clients. This option allows clients to invest in their own workforce.”

HR Guru

Rebecca Bird is a well known in the local HR community and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Her HR Consultancy work at System People is a successful part of the ever growing business. Rebecca has a wide range of local and national clients who all speak highly of her hands on, pragmatic and practical approach to HR.

Rebecca went on to say why she has decided to teach on this course rather than hire an external trainer; “I am definitely best placed to deliver this project for our company. HR is my passion and after running training sessions recently on various topics such as mental health, I realised that I actually have a natural flare for training! I find that my many years working in HR allow me to share real life stories and events that have helped shaped my own knowledge. Its great to share this with others and to see how other HR professionals take away practical advice into their organisations.”
