About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the successful team at Inglewood Nursery & Infant School as an apprentice Early Years Educator. You will be working with an established team, supporting our Early Years provision in school and may have opportunity to gain experience with SEND.

We are looking for somebody who is able to embrace the schools vision, values and aims. It is important that you will enjoy supporting pupils and approach each day with enthusiasm.
We are looking for someone who is confident and academically strong with a minimum of C/4 grade in maths and English, with excellent communication skills.

Upon successful completion of the Early Years Educator apprenticeship there may be the opportunity to join our team on a permanent basis.

Training & Development

This Level 3 apprenticeship is expected to last a period of around 17 months. You will attend live tutor led sessions 2 days every month (1 day every other week which will be via ZOOM) and participate in online interactive learning via our bespoke innovative platform OLLIE. Your Tutor will also visit you in the workplace for 1-2-1 Tutor sessions during the programme.

Entry Requirements

You will need to have achieved a GCSE grade 4/C (or equivalent) in Maths and English by the end this programme, therefore if you do not already hold a grade 4 in these subjects, you will be required to carry out a short Maths and English Assessment to see if we are able to offer you Functional skills support to reach a Level 2 (grade C/4 equivalent) by the end of the program.
