As part of our ongoing expansion plans, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to join our Education Apprenticeship team. Working alongside our Education Apprenticeships & Careers Lead and other key team members, you will hit the ground running as you develop relationships with candidates and education partners, marketing our training and apprenticeship offer to the local education sector to establish System People as the workforce partner of choice.
The successful candidate will play a key role in proactive selling to local education partners, supporting events, designing creative marketing campaigns and upskilling on the benefits for apprenticeship training for the education sector. You will lead on the recruitment and matching of candidates to available apprenticeship positions and also provide administration support for the wider work-based learning team.
This role is office based at our offices in English Gate Plaza, Botchergate. Hybrid working can be discussed.
Full Time or Part Time
£27,000 – £30,00 FTE, depending on experience
