We really care! This is our philosophy and it has been since day one. For our apprentice candidates we have invested in lovely, modern city centre classrooms and have hired the best trainers in the area!
Alex Hicks, Sarah Taylor and Joanne Irwin currently make up our permanent team and bring such enthusiasm and energy to their classrooms that is second to none.  They have a very collaborative approach to learning and use a range of learning materials to make lessons fun, engaging and most of all informative to ensure you are ready for the world of work upon graduation.
Making the right match between individuals and vacancies is our first priority to ensure a great start to your apprenticeship. Our recruitment team has over 20 years in the field of recruitment and together with the training team, offer a seamless process from the minute you inquire to the day your complete your apprenticeship.
These qualifications are all industry recognised, and will help you gain a permanent role  in your chosen industry. The courses range from a duration of 12 to 18 months depending on the level and course type. In addition to working in paid employment, you will attend classroom based learning and on the job training which will make up 20% off the job training hours.
Only the best is enough four our learners, you will find that all of our Apprenticeships are the most up to date courses. You may have heard about the new “Apprenticeship Standards” well you can be safe in the knowledge that all of our courses offer this route.

Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship

Are you are interested in working with children over the age of 5 years old?   If you are looking to become a Teaching Assistant, we offer the new Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship and assist you to gain a vacancy working in a local Primary or Secondary School while you study. Early Years Apprenticeships

If working with babies and younger children interests you, you could consider a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship or if you have already achieved the Level 2 you can progress to the Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship.

 

We will help you find employment in a local private Nursery, Preschool, Infant or Primary school where you will earn apprenticeship wage of £4.15 an hour and work for a minimum of 30 hours a week.

Business Administration Apprenticeship

Do you see yourself working in an office? Perhaps you want to begin a career in administration in a business, office or school setting. You may like the idea of working as an Administrator in an Accountancy Firm, or a school Administrator in a local school?

Perhaps you are looking to become a Business Administrator for a Solicitors firm, a Charity or within an Engineering firm? We have a wide range of settings and can tailor your search for the right vacancy to support your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Fact – System People regularly employ business administration apprentices and each of these has gone on to do great things. Our latest Admin Apprentice Matthew is still with us after graduation and is now our Education Compliance Administrator!
