Early Years Practitioner – Level 2

Do you like working with kids? Why not consider a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship, so you can do what you love every day. You can progress to the Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship upon completion. 

We will help you find employment in a local private Nursery, Preschool, Infant, or Primary school where you will earn an apprenticeship wage of £4.30 an hour and work for a minimum of 30 hours a week.

Career prospects upon completion include: working with under 5-year-olds in a nursery, school, or daycare center.

Early Years Educator – Level 3

If you have completed the Early Years Level 2 Apprenticeship and are ready to take the next step to further your career, look no further. This course will further qualify you to work with children and give you an edge over other candidates who have only achieved Level 2.

When completing your course, you will earn an apprenticeship wage of £4.30 an hour and work for a minimum of 30 hours a week and we’ll help you find a suitable placement.

With a level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship, you will be given more responsibility with children, and consequently, receive a higher salary once you secure a job upon completion.

Teaching Assistant – Level 3

This course has been designed to teach the knowledge required to be a teaching assistant and support children’s learning from birth to nineteen years. The course covers various requirements needed to work as an assistant within schools and how to approach a career in the education sector.

Upon completion, you will be qualified to teach in schools as a Teaching Assistant, and you will also be eligible to work with us to provide temporary TA staff to local schools in Cumbria.

Business Administration – Level 3

This course will supply you with the skillset and knowledge for a successful career in office-based work. You will benefit from learning highly transferable skills that can be used across a variety of different business sectors, including managing processes and people within an organisation.

When completing your course, you will earn an apprenticeship wage of £4.30 an hour and work for a minimum of 30 hours a week. 

Examples of jobs that administration apprentices either do or are working towards include: Administration Assistant, PA/Secretary, Compliance Administrator, Data Entry Clerk, Office Administrator. Payroll Administrator,  or Office Manager.

Customer Service – Level 2

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will become highly skilled in dealing with customers, and resolving any issues they might have in a positive, reliable, and pleasant way via the phone, face-to-face or email. 

When completing your course, you will earn an apprenticeship wage of £4.30 an hour and work for a minimum of 30 hours a week. 

During this course, you will develop strong communication, organisation interpersonal skills and have the know-how to apply these in a professional environment, allowing you to pursue the following roles upon completion: Customer Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Relations Assistant, Customer Service Associate, Head of Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing Assistant.

  • These qualifications are all industry recognised, and will help you gain a permanent role in your chosen industry.
  • The courses range from a duration of 12 to 18 months depending on the level and course type.
  • In addition to working in paid employment arranged by us, you will attend classroom-based learning and on-the-job training which will make up 20% of the job training hours.
