Mental Health and Well-being for all

We are pleased to offer local businesses the opportunity to invite along their employees to attend one of our new FULLY FUNDED Mental Health and Well-being courses that we are running in Carlisle during March. This course is aimed at people who are currently employed and we offer two options for delegates to attend either as a colleague or as a line manager, therefore the course content is tailored and relevant to your position and level in the workplace.

Did you know that at least 1 in 4 people will experience some kind of mental health problem each year?
Did you know that 70 million working days are lost each year due to mental ill health…costing the UK 100 billion pounds?
Did you know that less than half of employees said they would feel able to talk openly with their line manager?
