SUPPLY TEACHERS & TEACHING ASSISTANTS

If you are looking for high quality, experienced and reliable Supply Teachers and Teaching Assistants, who live and work in Cumbria, we are the people to call.  All of our supply teachers live in Cumbria and our local staff are familiar with and understand the geography of this area and will only send teachers to you who live a reasonable distance away from your school. The speed of response to a teacher absence is essential for the running of your School and for this reason, we operate an out of hours service which covers the evenings (up to 10pm), early mornings (from 7am) and weekends.  If you prefer to text your Consultant, we also have a dedicated service to meet your needs. You can rest assured that all of our supply teachers and teaching assistants have completed an in-depth registration which includes a checks on DBS, references and qualifications as well as other checks required by the DFE for teachers working in schools.

TEMPORARY OFFICE SUPPORT

Working in a school office is somewhat different from your typical administration roles.  With this in mind, we focus on sourcing candidates with previous school or college experience who can hit the ground running.  These candidates undergo the same rigorous checks (including DBS) as our teaching staff and can be booked the same way as supply.  If you prefer to interview a temporary office worker prior to them starting with you, we can arrange this at your convenience.

PERMANENT RECRUITMENT

Many schools prefer to recruit directly for permanent posts but, due to teacher shortages, this is becoming increasingly difficult.  You may wish to consider our permanent placement service as we have a wide range of permanent teachers and teaching assistants looking for their next career move.  If you want to extend your search beyond the usual methods such as TES and your school website, we can offer our extensive network, social media presence and proactive advertising in return for a permanent placement fee, which you only pay if you successfully appoint.
